Mr. Boris Groysberg serves as Partner at Five Sigma (Australia). Mr. Groysberg serves as Professor at Harvard Business School Rock Center for Entrepreneurship. Professor Groysberg is the author of Chasing Stars: The Myth of Talent and the Portability of Performance, and co-author of Talk, Inc.: How Trusted Leaders Use Conversation to Power their Organizations. He has also published more than 100 articles, notes, and case studies on how firms develop, hire, retain, and utilize their talent. Professor Groysberg has won numerous awards for his research on managing human capital. He holds a B.S. (1994) from New York University, L. Stern School of Business and a D.B.A. (2002) Harvard Business School.
