Biography

Mr. Paulson was appointed as a director of the Company on November 22, 2022. Brett Paulson has over 20 years of leadership experience as a growth-oriented executive, with demonstrated success in restructuring and expanding under-performing businesses. Mr. Paulson has previous experience at Lutron Ketra LLC, where he completed a fiscal and cultural overhaul of the company, turned EBITDA positive within a year, and ultimately positioned the company for an acquisition. Mr. Paulson also worked at Narrate Inc., where he developed Zoosh, a patented sound technology, enabling customers to make close field connections without requiring new hardware. Mr.Paulson eventually sold Narrate Inc. to Verifone Systems, Inc. Mr. Paulson also worked at Gridspace, Inc., where he revived machine learning within the company and Texas Instruments, where he restored and originated customer relationships resulting in record-breaking retention and a $175M increase in yearly revenue. Mr. Paulson holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas and a Master's in Business Administration from Stanford University.
