Biography

Mr. Paul Winn is a Co-Founder and serves as Partner at Peak Equity Partners. He previously served as Board Member at Valiant Solutions and as Chairman at Xeeva. He focus over the last 25 years has been in building sustainable growth Enterprise Software and Solutions businesses. In executive leadership positions at both large enterprise and middle market technology companies, Paul has built and managed high performance leadership teams that delivered significant shareholder value through effective growth strategies, new product development, geographic expansion, channel development, acquisitions and cross functional integration. Paul has served in the roles of President/CEO at Princeton Softech (acquired by IBM in 2007), PowerQuest (acquired by Symantec in 2003), and Genicom, a public document imaging company, which experienced strong growth during his ten-year tenure. He was LLR Partners' first operating partner and most recently served as interim CEO at Revitas, where he remains the Chairman of the company. Prior to these roles, Paul spent over 20 years with IBM in various capacities including product development, site management and business segment global general management, where his career highlights included: opening a new development and manufacturing site, selling IBM's copier business to Kodak, spinning-off IBM's low-end printer business (now Lexmark), and establishing joint ventures with Minolta and Kentek. Paul currently serves as Chairman of the boards of Revitas and EnterpriseDB. He has served on the boards of Princeton Softech, PowerQuest, Message Systems, Quintiq, Application Security, Cybershift, Indigo, and Genicom. Paul also served on the board of Junior Achievement. Paul graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. He was appointed as the University of Virginia's Executive in Residence, and named Utah State University's Alumnus of the Year.
