Mr. Michael Pegum serves as Principal & Managing Director at Ethicus Advisory Partners. He is a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA); and a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). He has over 30 years of experience in investment banking. Prior to Ethicus Advisory Partners, his career background included roles at Macquarie Bank, Ord Minnett, and Wilson Advisory Partners. He has originated, led, and been instrumental in a significant number of initial public offers, and secondary capital raisings as part of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. In addition, he has identified and introduced key industry leaders to companies in their objective to build executive teams and boards. With a career focus being involved with emerging, small, and mid-cap listed and unlisted companies he, through his strong relationships with institutional, wholesale, and High Net Worth Clients continues to connect investors to corporate clients as part of their capital management objectives.
