Biography

Ms. Nicole LeBlanc serves as a Partner at Woven Capital. She serves as Advisory Committee Member at Nàdarra Ventures. She served as an Advisory Board Member at Sandpiper Ventures. She served as Partner, Platform at 2150. She also served as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at Innovacorp. She served as Director of Investments, and Partnerships at Sidewalk Labs. She served as Director in Strategic Investments at BDC Capital. She has over 15 years of experience as a financial and investment professional, with a focus on early-stage financing opportunities and ecosystem development. A native of New Brunswick, she is the Director of Investments and Partnerships for Sidewalk Labs, an Alphabet company. Before joining Sidewalk, she was a Director at BDC Capital, where she managed the seed stage investments and associated portfolio. She has over 10 years of experience as an investment professional, with a focus on early-stage financing opportunities and ecosystem development. Before joining BDC, she was the Director of Finance at NBIF and held initial finance and operational roles in several early-stage startups. She is on the board of Innovacorp, Propel, and Brilliant Labs, ensuring she stays close to many East Coast organizations. Before joining BDC Capital, she was Director of Finance for the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation (NBIF) where she played a central role in their internal and external reporting, business development, and investment activities. She actively worked with portfolio companies, providing advisory services and support to early-stage companies in a variety of industries. A dynamic member of the Maritime startup community, She also worked as an investment analyst with the First Angel Network and as a contract CFO and COO with many IT and Medtech companies in Nova Scotia. She began her career as a staff accountant and later controller at Ganong Bros. Ltd., where she participated in all aspects of the company's financial and management accounting functions. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. He serves as a Board Member at Intuition Robotics.
