Biography
Mr. Gregoire Charbit serves as Partner & Board Member at ODDO BHF Group. He also served as Board Member at Oddo Seydler Bank. Since 2007 Charbit has been a member of the management board of Oddo BHF SCA, the French unit of the Oddo BHF Group. In his new role, he will be responsible for strategic business development and the external growth of the company. Charbit will also be responsible for laws and regulations at group level. Charbit has been working for Oddo since 1994, initially as a director in the Legal Department and subsequently took on various tasks within the Oddo Group. He became the general secretary of the Group in 1997 and was responsible for the external growth strategy as well as partnerships and law. Since November 2002 he was also responsible for the Human Resources department. In 2007, he was appointed to the management of Oddo BHF SCA after thirteen years of legal and support activities. After the takeover of the BHF bank in March 2016, Charbit became the deputy chairman of the supervisory board of the bank.
