Biography

Mr. Ashok Ramaswami was a Managing Director at K7 Capital Partners. He is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Seqnc. He is a finance and investment professional with 20+ years of combined experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and technology industry operating roles. He worked for leading financial firms Deutsche Bank Securities, BT Alex. Brown, and Dillon Read as a senior corporate finance and M&A banker. He completed over 25 financing and advisory transactions, exceeding $2.5 billion in value, and managed 100+ client relationships. As an investor, he was a Managing Director for Evolvence Capital's $250 million India fund and a Principal with Blumberg Capital, a $500+ million early-stage venture capital firm, where he evaluated and led investments in technology and services companies. He has a deep background in the technology industry. He is the founder of Seqnc Inc., a finance software company, and of Sandpath Advisors, a CFO advisory firm. Previously, he was a founding team member of Cisco Systems' Emerging Technologies Group where he led company initiatives for strategic growth. He has invested in several high-growth technology companies as an angel investor. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School, MS in Operations Research from Stanford School of Engineering, and B.Eng in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology (India). He is a Charter Member of TiE, a global group that promotes entrepreneurship and community-building.
