Biography

Ms. Alison Tsui serves as General Counsel & Partner at Kerogen Capital. She serves as General Counsel at Celerate X. She is responsible for the legal, regulatory and compliance aspects of Kerogen's operations. She was previously the General Counsel of Ancora Capital, the manager of the Prior Fund. She has over 18 years of commercial and corporate finance law experience. Previously, she worked in the corporate department of Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) in Hong Kong. She has broad experience with private equity fund establishment and investments, capital raisings, IPOs, public company mergers, corporate reorganisations and restructurings. She holds Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Master of Laws Degrees from the University of Hong Kong and is admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong, England and Wales (1997).
