Biography

Mr. Paul McNulty served as Venture Partner at Top Tier Capital Partners. Paul is a venture partner at Top Tier advising on technology securities both in the public and private markets. Before joining Top Tier in 2015, he founded and managed Five Points Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund, which included a crossover investment strategy for private equity. Paul also serves as the Executive Chairman of Four51, Inc. a private B2B commerce SaaS company. Before launching Five Points Capital, he was a Managing Director at Soros Fund Management focused on technology equities. Paul began his post-graduate school career as a venture capitalist at MVP Ventures. Paul received his AB, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
