Biography

Mr. Timothy Everett served as Institutional Portfolio Manager at K2 Advisors. Mr. Everett works closely with both Portfolio Construction and Research teams at K2 to understand and articulate current investment conditions, portfolio positioning and targeted allocations with focus on the 40 Act and UCITS funds. Mr. Everett has over 20 years of investment experience with the most recent 11 years at various hedge funds. During his career Mr. Everett has overseen equity investments in Latin America, Europe and the US with his most recent experience managing a Long Short Portfolio focused on Industrial equities at UBS O'Connor. Mr. Everett has worked at mutual funds including STI Capital and American Century, and at various hedge funds including Ironbound Capital, Amber Capital, Hunter Global Investment, Adams' Hill Partners and UBS O'Connor. Mr. Everett received his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and received his M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Mr. Everett achieved the CFA designation in 1998.
