Biography

Mr. Jeff Kimbell served as Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Accounts at Honeywell Aerospace. He served as Partner of Recovery and Transformation Services at McKinsey & Company. He also served as Operating Executive at Silver Lake Partners. He joined Silver Lake in 2014 and is an Operating Executive. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Kimbell worked at Cerberus Capital where he led performance improvement and restructuring projects at several portfolio companies. He has led the organizational restructuring of sales and marketing teams, sales productivity improvement projects, developed revenue growth plans and initiatives and created annual operating plans. Mr. Kimbell has also supported numerous due diligence efforts over the past five years. In addition, Jeff served as the interim Senior Vice President of Sales Operations for a Europe-based point-of-sale software company and the Senior Vice President of Sales Transformation for a U.S. based digital local advertising firm. Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Kimbell held executive positions at EMC and Dell. At EMC, he was Vice President of Corporate Strategy, responsible for integrating growth plans across business units. While at Dell, Mr. Kimbell served as the VP of EMEA Marketing and was on the European Management Team. In this role, he was responsible for leading all marketing functions as well as the product teams for the EMEA commercial (B2B) business. Previously, Mr. Kimbell was Director of Business Development for Transamerica, a strategy consultant for Bain & Company, and he started his career at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Kimbell received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Kansas State University and an M.B.A from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
