Biography

Mr. Etienne Mouthon is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Rive Private Investment. For eight years, He is also the Founding Partner at Elyseum Investments. He practiced law in Paris, New York, and Washington, working with top-flight international law firms (Jones Day, Reavis and Pogue, and Stibbe Simont Monahan Duhot.) He is a former member of the Paris bar and a member of the New York bar. In 1997, He was named Tax Director for Banque AIG, the European subsidiary of AIG Financial Products Corp., where he specialized in derivatives and structured financing. He then was named Managing Director of Mirabaud Financial Planning SA in Geneva, the subsidiary of the Banque Privée Suisse Mirabaud & Cie. In March 2012, he founded W&Cie SA with the Tamari family. Today, He is Managing Partner of W&Cie SA Family Office, incorporated in Luxembourg, and helps wealthy families and family offices in the international structuring of their assets. He holds a Master's in International Taxation from the University of Paris XI and an LL.M in Taxation from New York University. He is a member of the Young President Organization's Alpine Chapter and of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is a former member of the Paris Bar and a member of the New York Bar. He holds a Master's in International Taxation from the University of Paris XI/HEC Paris and an LL.M in taxation from New York University. He is a member of the Young President Organization's (YPO) Alpine Chapter.
