Biography

Ms. Nancy Palleschi served as Managing Director & Head of The Carlyle Group's Global Conferences and Events at The Carlyle Group. She is based in Washington, D.C. The Global Conference and Events team plans, develops, organizes and executes conferences and events which provide opportunities for the firm to communicate investment updates and business initiatives to Carlyle Limited Partners and Investment Professionals. Specifically, Ms. Palleschi is responsible for program development and analysis, speaker and presentation management, venue contracting and negotiations, event registration and logistics management. She is also responsible for corporate travel management. Prior to joining The Carlyle Group in 2000, Ms. Palleschi was Director of Meetings and Conventions for the Personal Communications Industry Association (PCIA). Ms. Palleschi is an active member of the Council of Protocol Executives (COPE); and the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).
