Biography

Dr. Ralf Schremper serves as a Partner at Oakley Capital. He co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer at Scoyo. He formerly served as a Member of the Executive Board, Chief Strategy & Investment Officer at ProSiebenSat.1 Media. He also serves as Board Member at Wishcard Technologies Group. He has been part of the Executive Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media since April 2015. As Chief Strategy & Investment Officer, he is responsible for the newly created department Investment & Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions. Since 2010, he has been Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. Furthermore, he held several key positions at Red Arrow Entertainment Group, first Head of Group Controlling, then CFO and Co-Managing Director in 2011. In March 2013, he assumed the role of CFO and managing director of Digital & Adjacent in addition to his M&A activities. Dr. Schremper worked for Bertelsmann AG until 2009, where he most recently headed corporate development. Dr. Schremper studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne and received his Ph.D. from the Ruhr University Bochum.
