Biography

Mr. Stephan Bause serves as Group Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director and Board Member at Noventic. He serves as Managing Director at Kalo. He Founded & served as a Member of the Investment Committee at 7 Global Capital. He serves as Chief Financial Officer at KALO (Germany). Mr. Bause served as Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer at ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator. He also served as Executive Director at ProSiebenSat.1 Media. Prior, he was Executive Director of the Mergers & Acquisition team and led many of the acquisitions of ProSiebenSat.1 Media Group. Before joining ProSiebenSat.1, he worked as an investment banker in the M&A team of Nomura and Lehmann Brothers for over 6 years. He holds a Master's degree from EBS University. He is particularly responsible for finance, controlling and M&A. He has significantly advanced the digital transformation of the media group with the reorganization of the NuCom Group digital division and in the context of numerous M&A transactions. Before that, He advised various large corporations at the investment banks Lehman Brothers and Nomura on various company acquisitions, sales, and capital market transactions. Stephan Bause has a degree in business administration and studied at the EBS University of Economics and Law.
