Biography
Mr. Rob Whorrod is a Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Acqius. After graduating from Nottingham University with a BSc (Hons) in Theoretical Dynamics, mathematics and engineering-based discipline, he embarked on a Chartered Accountancy (ACA) profession through PWC and Grant Thornton. After qualification, he moved into industry with the task of resurrecting a long-established manufacturer of explosion-protected equipment. As Managing Director, he was leading all the real-world requirements of stringent financial control, hands-on implementation of fully automated manufacturing systems and processes, quality system implementation, health and safety, human resources, global sales and marketing, management and the M&A process.
