Biography

Mr. Mark Bercow serves as Chief Operating Officer at PRENAV. He served as Vice President of Business Development at PRENAV. Previously, he served as Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. At PRENAV, Mr. Bercow is able to leverage more than three decades of business development, marketing, and executive management experience in the tech and startup world. Previously, Mr. Bercow served as Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) serving the firm's portfolio companies around the globe. Prior to joining BVP, Mark served as President of Arda Technologies, an early semiconductor company, which was acquired by Google. Before joining Arda, Mr. Bercow was the senior vice president of business development at Palm, where his responsibilities included corporate development, strategic alliances, platform-growth strategies, and developer relations. Earlier, Mr. Bercow also served as the Palm vice president of strategic alliances and platform development, where he was responsible for the creation of the Palm Economy and attracted more than 100,000 registered developers to Palm OS(R). Before his second stint at Palm, Mr. Bercow was a vice president at Intuit, Inc., where he helped establish, grow and serve the Intuit Developer Network. Prior to Intuit, he was vice president of marketing and business development for Atheros Communications, an early-stage wireless semiconductor startup. Mr. Bercow holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Northridge.
