Biography

Ms. Saaima Khaliq serves as Managing Director and Private Equity Co-Chief Financial Officer at New Mountain Capital. She joined New Mountain in 2015. She manages all aspects of the accounting, financial reporting, and administration of New Mountain's private equity funds and the firm's general partner operations. She brings over twenty years of experience overseeing private equity and venture capital accounting, portfolio company valuations, reporting, and financial systems. Before joining New Mountain, She worked at Lime Rock Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners. She began her career at Arthur Andersen, followed by Deloitte & Touche, where she was responsible for developing client relationships and managing private equity and venture capital audit engagements. Ms. Khaliq received her B.S., magna cum laude, and M.S. degrees from the University of Connecticut.
