Biography

Mr. Stuart Spence is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Spence & Co. He served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at McDermott International. He is responsible for McDermott's financial and accounting operations, focused on sustainable, profitable growth and shareholder returns. Stuart has approximately 19 years of financial and operational management experience with companies in oilfield products and services, and engineering and construction businesses. Prior to joining McDermott, Stuart served as Vice President, Artificial Lift for Halliburton, where he had overall strategic and operational responsibility for Halliburton's artificial lift product and service line, and prior to that, he served as Senior Director, Strategy and Marketing for Halliburton's Completion and Production Division. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Oilfield Services from 2008 to 2011 and as Executive Vice President, Strategy, in 2011 in connection with the sale of Global Oilfield Services to Halliburton. His prior experience also includes positions of increasing financial and management responsibility at Green Rock Energy, LLC; and Vetco International Ltd.
