Biography

Eric is an experienced leader with more than 25 years in the legal technology industry. He has held progressively senior positions, including roles in research and development, product management, and operations. Eric played a pivotal role in the growth of Oncorp, a legal technology company that was later acquired by Dye & Durham. During his more than 20 years at the company, he transformed the business from a small, regional operation into a national company that delivered significant value to its clients through automated workflows. Since joining Dye & Durham, he has been an essential member of the team, serving in various senior roles, including Chief Information Officer. He has actively contributed to the company's rapid growth, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions and has been instrumental in the business' global expansion. Eric holds a BASc in computer engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Queen's University.
