David Keffer General Information

Biography

Mr. David Keffer serves as Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Vice President at Northrop Grumman. He served as a General Partner at Blue Delta Capital Partners. He served as Chief Financial Officer at CSRA. He oversees the full scope of CSRA Inc.'s finance and accounting functions, including mergers and acquisitions, treasury, corporate strategy, investor relations, real estate, and supply chain management. He brings a diverse background of finance leadership experience in both private equity and publicly traded environments to the CSRA organization. Prior to his appointment with CSRA, he was the executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer at SRA International. Throughout his career, Dave has served in various roles supporting corporate finance, accounting, and growth. This experience has given him a comprehensive understanding and a 360-degree perspective on the financial elements required for an organization to succeed. Dave joined SRA's Financial Planning & Analysis team in 2003. He served as Director of Investor Relations and Vice President from 2006 to 2009 before gaining experience as a Strategic Acquisition Executive in SRA's Corporate Growth organization. From 2011 to 2013, he was the CFO of SRA's National Security Sector. Prior to his role as CFO, he served as Corporate Controller. During his tenure at SRA, he supported various mergers and acquisitions, including the company's purchase of MorganFranklin's National Security Division in 2012, SRA's sale to Providence Equity Partners in 2011, and the merger between SRA and Computer Sciences Corporate's government services business, which created CSRA in 2015. He also played a lead role in the company's profit improvement and working capital management initiatives. Dave began his career at Navigant Consulting and Maden Tech Consulting. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
