Biography
Ms. Paula Espana served as Operating Partner at Genesis Ventures. She Co-Founded & served as Chief Executive Officer at Baxon Solutions. Previously she served as a Consumer Marketing Manager at IBM. With 14 years of experience in Private Equity and 20 in IT, she was co-founder and CEO of Baxon Solutions, now Preqin Solutions, a revolutionary cloud platform for the alternative asset industry that started in Argentina and expanded, from London, internationally. Prior to Baxon, she founded y-Markets, an outsourcing arm for Microsoft Consumer, Johnson & Johnson, Disney Studios and Warner Bross for the Los Angeles region, among others. Paula was previously at IBM, where she started as a Service Executive and then progressed to becoming PSG's Marketing Manager for southern LATAM. She graduated in Business from the University of UADE and has a postgraduate in Negotiation from the University of Cambridge.
