David Croak General Information

Biography

Mr. David Croak served as Chief Risk Officer at Avenue Capital Group. He was responsible for risk control across the firm's strategies. Prior to joining Avenue in 2008, Mr. Croen was Director of the Central Valuation Group at Deutsche Bank, where he led a quantitative team in the development of methodologies and independent valuation of credit, securitization, equities and interest rate products for Deutsche Bank Americas. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Croen was a Principal in the Financial Services Advisory Group at Ernst & Young and a Senior Manager in the Financial and Commodity Risk Consulting Group at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Croen was also the Head of Risk Management at Fortis Financial Services and prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Risk Management and Compliance Department at Banco Nacional de México.
