Biography

Mr. Jorge Henrichsen serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Head of Business Development at The Nearshore Company. He also serves as a Managing Partner at Akazia Capital Partners. He Founded and served as Managing Partner at Sabino Equity Partners. Since 2003, he has been involved in the Mexican business world. First, as an investment banking analyst at N.M. Rothschild & Sons, during which he participated in several M&A and restructuring deals, covering Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Three years later he joined UBS Investment Bank, as an Equity Research Associate to cover Latam Telecom. Finally, for the past five years, he has focused on managing and institutionalizing CMR S.A.B. de C.V. (MSE: CMRB), part of MVS Group, from his VP of Finance and Administration (CFO) role. He holds an MBA in Business and Finance from New York University (Stern) and a BA in international relations from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
