Mr. David Chen is a Co-Founder of Sea. He also serves as Chief Product Officer at Shopee. He served as the group chief operating officer from our inception in May 2009 to December 2016. He previously held positions at PSA Corporation Limited. Mr. David holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with first-class honors from the National University of Singapore.
