Biography

Mr. Arsh Maini serves as Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Director & Board Member at Iota Analytics. Mr.Maini served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Candela Labs. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Azentio Software. As the Chief Operating Officer, he leads Azentio's integration and transformation program and heads the enabling functions of marketing, human resources, enterprise technology, legal & compliance, and business support. His focus is on creating a world-class software business - with a truly differentiated and respected brand; a strong focus on people and their long-term growth; and with tools, policies, and processes that support and enable leapfrogging organic and inorganic growth. He was previously the CEO of Candela Labs, where he transformed and scaled the organization over five years, to create an insurtech business delivering digital and intelligent automation products with a gilt-edged client portfolio across APAC and Africa. In his previous roles, he has been the Group Strategy Head at Serco Group plc and Serco's India CEO. He has also served as a partner at KPMG, leading the Strategic Solutions Group. He served for many years as a trustee and board member of Head Held High, a charity focused on poverty reduction. He has completed his MBA and Bachelors in finance from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya.
