Biography

Mr. Dale Morrison is a Co-Founder and serves as a Partner at Twin Ridge Capital Management. Morrison also served as Co-Founding Partner at TriPointe Capital Partners. Prior to co-founding TriPointe Capital Partners, he was CEO of McCain Foods, an international leader in the frozen food industry, employing 20,000 people and operating 53 production facilities in 14 countries on six continents. He serves as Advisory Board Member at Dakota Venture Group. Prior to leading McCain, Mr. Morrison was an Operating Executive at Fenway Partners, a middle market buyout firm based in New York City, where he worked on a number of assignments in the consumer products space. Mr. Morrison was previously President and CEO of Campbell Soup Company and began his career at General Foods and PepsiCo, where he had significant international responsibilities. Mr. Morrison is a board member of International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. and InterContinental Hotels Group and Chairman of the Center for Innovation Board at the University of North Dakota. Mr. Morrison holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota.
