Dr. Yasuda Takaaki serves as a Director of the Audit and Supervisory Committee and Outside Director at Mynet (Tokyo). He is a Professor at the Faculty of Policy Management, Keio University. After engaging in investment banking at Lehman Brothers Securities and UBS Securities, he started a business and developed a social networking service. After selling the business, he worked as a venture capitalist and a financial consultant before becoming an associate professor at Otaru University of Commerce Graduate School in 2010, an associate professor at Showa Women's University in 2014, and his current position from September 2015. His specialty is corporate finance and venture business. He completed the doctoral program at Waseda University Graduate School of Commerce.
