Biography

Mr. Wayne Goldstein is a Founder and serves as a Partner at Endicott Capital. He serves as Board Member at MANTL. He serves as an Advisory Board Member at Columbia Lake Partners. He has served as a member of the Equity Bancshares board since 2015. He is a Principal of The Endicott Group, which he co-founded in 1996. Prior to founding The Endicott Group, from 1988 to January 1996, he was a Managing Director at Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P. He previously held prior positions in equity research at L.F. Rothschild Holdings, Inc. and corporate lending at Irving Trust Company. He is currently a member of the board of directors of First Capital Holdings, Inc., BNamericas, and American Chartered Bancorp. His experience analyzing, advising, and investing in domestic banking companies provides skills that are important as we continue to implement our business strategy and acquire and integrate growth opportunities. He serves as a Board Member at U.S. Century Bank. He served as a Board Member at Bank Leumi. He holds a BA in economics from Brandeis University and an MBA in finance from New York University.
