Biography

Mr. Timothy Lash served as a Managing Director & Head, Technology, Media and Telecom at Third Point Ventures. He joined Third Point in May 2002 and over his career has focused on special situation, distressed and activist investment strategies. He is also active in private investments, with a primary focus on Third Point Ventures. He currently serves on the board of Third Point portfolio company, Penske Business Media and previously served as a Board Member of Ception Therapeutics. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Economics in 1997.
