Bruce Ferguson JD General Information
Biography
Mr. Bruce Ferguson co-founded & served as Chairman at Edenspace. Mr. Ferguson is a former Director and Chief Operating Officer of Orbital Sciences Corporation, a space technology company (NYSE:ORB). Before co-founding Orbital, Mr. Ferguson was an attorney in the corporate and securities department of the Chicago law firm of Kirkland & Ellis. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1981, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. He received an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and an A.B. magna cum laude in Government from Harvard College in 1976. Mr. Ferguson is a Trustee of the Carnegie Institution of Washington and a member of the Kansas Innovation Consortium.
