Biography

Dick Baltimore co-founded NewAG Development and also served as its Vice President, Agriculture & Board Manager. In 1981, Dick founded Recruiting Resources Inc, a personnel placement firm focusing on engineering and manufacturing management that has been successful and highly respected for its 30+ years of existence. The company is still operating with Dick still serving as President. In addition to his passion for agriculture and his entrepreneurial spirit, Dick has a strong commitment to his community. He is currently serving as the President of the Cumberland County Farm Bureau and a Trustee of Powhatan United Methodist Church. He recently served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Children Incorporated, an international child sponsorship organization. When living in Powhatan, he served as the President of the Powhatan County Farm Bureau, and under his leadership, the PCFB was awarded "#1 County Office in Virginia" for two consecutive years. He has also served as President of the Virginia Hereford Association, Chairman of the Vocational Advisory Council and Cooperative Extension Service Advisory Council, and was honored as "Volunteer of the Year" for 4-H leadership activities by the Cooperative Extension Service.
