Biography

Mr. Nik Mittal served as Partner at JANA Partners. Prior to joining JANA Partners LLC in 2006, Mr. Mittal was a Senior Analyst at Harbert Management Corporation (2003-2006). Mr. Mittal was also a Senior Analyst at Baker Street Capital Management (2002-2003). Mr. Mittal served as COO of Internet Stock News in 2000 and then as a Senior Investment Advisor to 123Jump.com following their acquisition of Internet Stock News. Prior to that, Mr. Mittal was an Investment Banking Associate at Donald Lufkin & Jenrette (1998-2000). Mr. Mittal received an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business (Stern Scholar, 1998), a J.D. from New York University School of Law (1998) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Graduated with honors and distinction, 1993).
