Biography

Mr. Nicolas Dautigny serves as Principal & Senior Portfolio Manager at Polygon Investment Partners.He looks principally after merger and arbitrage transactions as well as positions with a significant legal, regulatory or political component and is responsible for team management. Prior to joining Polygon, he was a Vice President in the hedge fund sales team at Lehman Brothers where he had been since 1998. Nicolas started his career at Crédit Lyonnais focused on equity derivative sales. Nicolas holds a Masters in business sciences with a major in finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine, where he also earned a DESS (postgraduate) degree with a specialisation in financial markets.
