Biography

Mr. Justin Singer is a Founding Partner & serves as Partner at Feuerstein Kulick. Mr. Singer has advised clients in the cannabis space on accretive corporate expansion opportunities, from sourcing and due diligence of strategic M&A transactions and financing opportunities, to successfully quarterbacking the application process in highly-competitive, limited-license jurisdictions across the country. As an attorney, Justin cut his teeth representing private equity firms, financial institutions and real estate owners/developers in complex commercial litigations, corporate restructurings and business divorces. Justin is also experienced in high-stakes Chapter 11 and international insolvency cases, where he successfully reorganized sophisticated businesses and helped secure creditors and other parties in interest protect their investment. Prior to becoming a partner at Feuerstein Kulick, Justin was an associate at Herrick, Feinstein LLP in New York. Justin graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and received his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
