Biography

Mr. Paul Wolter serves as Senior Managing Director at Revere Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Revere in 2009, he was Chief Operating Officer at Broadmark Asset Management, and before that spent two years at Treflie Capital Management, a fund of funds manager, as Director of Research and Operations. Previously he had worked for over twenty-three years in the commodities industry with both E.D. & F Man and Machado & Co., before starting an independent consulting company. He began his career at E.D. & F. Man in London in 1977 and moved to New York in 1979 where he was responsible first for sugar trading and later, coffee trading operations. At Machado, he was responsible for coffee and cocoa trading operations. On re-joining E.D. & F Man in New York in 1994, he was responsible for corporate development, asset allocation, risk control, and acquisition integration. He graduated from Cambridge University in 1977, earning an M.A. in History.
