Biography

Mr. Karim Ghachem serves as Head of Sales, Man GPM & Managing Director, Sales at Man Group. He served as Managing Director at Southpaw Asset Management. He has been serving the investment needs of institutional investors since 2001, including corporations, public funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and foundations. Prior to joining Southpaw in December of 2013, He was the founder and principal of Three G Group, where he focused on addressing the asset allocation needs of institutional investors. He previously worked at State Street, where he was responsible for crafting and presenting multi-asset class investment solutions for asset owners. He also worked at Credit Agricole and Brown Brothers Harriman. He received his B.A. in History from Tufts University and received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
