Biography

Mr. Nishant Fadia serves as Chief Financial Officer at Prime Focus. He also serves as Board Member at Prime Focus Technologies. Mr. Fadia has been the face of Prime Focus to the financial community for over 14 years. He was the first CFO of the company and took it public in 2006 paving the way for its global expansion in the UK and Hollywood markets. Under Nishant's leadership Prime Focus attracted investments from marquee investors like Reliance Capital, Standard Chartered PE and Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, and a host of public market investors. A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and CPA degree holder from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants AICPA in the United States, Nishant has brought valuable insights to the critical area of corporate finance of a fast growing and dynamic business apart from holding various other portfolios including compliance, cash flow management and fund raising. In August 2014, Nishant was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Prime Focus Limited and is involved in business strategy, identifying new expansion opportunities and overall operating efficiency of the group.
