Biography

Mr. Kenneth Marlin served as Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Starboard Value Acquisition. He joined Starboard in January 2011 in order to assist in the spin-off and to become the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Starboard Value following the spin-off. He was formerly a Managing Director and the Chief Compliance Officer of Ivy Asset Management from 1998 to 2010. At Ivy, he held varying responsibilities in areas including compliance, legal, and management reporting. He was an Assistant Vice President of Lehman Brothers from 1992 to 1998 where he was responsible for SEC reporting and international consolidation accounting. Prior to 1992, he held positions at Manufacturers Hanover Trust and Arthur Andersen. He graduated from the University at Albany (State University of New York) with a B.S. in Accounting. In addition, he is a CPA in the State of New York.
