Biography
Mr. Kamil Kowa serves as Managing Director at Savills Poland. He served as Director & Head of Corporate Finance & Valuation at Savills Capital Advisors. He in strategic consulting including: portfolio optimization, feasibility studies and unfeasibility business plans, the analysis and optimization of large property portfolios in Central Europe. Previously, he worked in the EY (formerly Ernst & Young) transaction advisory team for more than 10 years. Kamil is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw University of Technology, and Sheffield Hallam University. He is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Insititute of Chartered Surveyors. As one of the few specialists in Poland he holds the prestigious CIS HypZert certificate (MLV), the proof of the highest competence in the preparation of valuations for financial institutions.
