Biography

Mr. Mark Goodman serves as Managing Partner & Investment Committee Member at DEMI Fund. Mr. Goodman served as Chief Brand Advisor at Vistage Worldwide. He served as the Chairman of the Board at the Pinnacol Assurance. He serves as Chief Executive Officer, President & Chairman at Colorado Nut Holding Company. He is a Co-Founding Partner and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Centrum Cibus Partners. He served as a Board Member at BioPhotas. He served as a Board Member at BioPhotas. He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Vistage Worldwide. He has served as the top executive in leading public and private equity-backed companies including McDonald's, Wal-Mart, and SuperValu. As COO, he was responsible for retail operations of Save-A-Lot's network of 1,200 stores, achieving sales, profitability, and growth objectives of the company. He had direct responsibility for licensing development, merchandising, vendor management, and supply chain efforts. Before leading the turnaround at Save-A-Lot, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, Strategy, Membership, and E-commerce for Wal-Mart/Sam's Club where he was responsible for strategy development, marketing, and membership enhancement for Sam's Club. Previously, he held the position of Corporate Vice President, of U.S. Strategy and Operations for McDonald's Corporation, with responsibility for the development and execution of strategies for profitable growth, as well as full operations management of a 600-store business unit. Before this, he served as President of Agway Retail Services and Vice President of ADR International Consultants. Previously, he served on the staff of Senator Edward Kennedy, Massachusetts. He received his Master's degree in Philosophy and Analytic Logic from Tufts University, and his Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Logic from the College of Wooster. He is active in supporting educational institutions on a national basis. He has served on the Board of Directors for St. Louis University School of Business, St. Louis, Missouri; Xavier University, New Orleans; Livingstone College Salisbury, North Carolina; History Makers, Chicago, Illinois; Eton Academy, Birmingham, Michigan; and Cal State Dominquez Hills School of Business. He also serves as a Board Member at Perspective Equity Partners.
