Biography

Mr. Stefan Kowski served as Board Member at NSO Group. Mr. Kowski was a Co-Founding Partner at Novalpina Capital. He also served as Managing Director at Centerbridge Partners. Previously, he served as a Principal at TPG Capital. He also served as Supervisory Board Member at Senvion. Prior to founding Novalpina, from 2014 to January 2017, he was a managing director and senior member of the European private equity investment business for Centerbridge Partners, a global private equity and credit investment firm. From 2006 to 2014, he was at TPG, where he completed investments in the consumer goods, retail, infrastructure and financial services sectors in Europe, China, India, Russia and the CIS. Prior to TPG, he worked in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructurings Department of Morgan Stanley in London and at Procter & Gamble. He received an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a George F. Baker Scholar. He graduated summa cum laude from the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck, where he holds Master's degrees in Economics and Finance.
