Biography

Mr. Richard Anderson is a Co-Founder & Co-Owner and serves as Managing Sales Partner at Iron Fish Distillery. He is a Co-Owner & serves as Partner at 3rd and Hecla. He is an independent consultant on strategy, community change, business development and technology commercialization for commercial, technology and impact enterprises. Richard is also co-owner of 3rd + Hecla LLC, a firm co-located in San Francisco working with industry customers to adopt the next generation of video and IT connected device solutions, tools and accessories. He is a founding board member and co-founder of the Innovation Network for Communities, a national non-profit organization whose mission is to develop and spread scalable innovations that transform the performance of community systems in three primary sectors: urban sustainability, high performing urban K-12 school and adult workforce development. Over a six-year period, he held several positions including President and CEO of the recently acquired wearable and video technology company, V.I.O. Inc. and earlier in his career, he was the Founder/CEO of Northern Initiatives, a Development Finance Community Development Corporation operating throughout northern Michigan.
