Biography

Mr. Richard Dufresne serves as Chief Financial Officer & President at George Weston. He served as Principal at CAPE Fund. Previously, He served as a Board member at ING DIRECT Canada. He has been active in food retailing since 2006. Before 2006, he worked in investment banking, focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, with Merrill Lynch Canada. He spent 15 years in investment banking advising numerous clients in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, equity, debt, and other types of financings. He serves as Vice President of Exploration at Infield Minerals.
