Biography

Mr. Christophe Bejach served as Managing Director of European Operations at Monument Capital Group. His duties include expanding the European impact of the international investment holding company, focusing on the global security industries. Mr. Bejach was Special Advisor to Secretary Arnaud Montebourg, the French Minister of Economy, Industry Policy and the Digital Industries. Mr. Bejach was a key Senior Counselor to the Minister responsible for national industry policy-making and restructuring/recovery negotiations, with additional responsibilities for the aerospace, defense, oil & gas, and mining sectors. Previously, Mr. Bejach pursued a career in private equity over 22 years, both as a member of the Executive Board at the Compagnie Financière Saint Honoré, the French holding company of the Edmond & Benjamin de Rothschild Group, and as a Senior Investment Executive at Euris/Rallye Group, the investment company held by Jean-Charles Naouri. He also was the founder and key partner of two private equity funds, ERES and ERES 2, sponsored by Compagnie Financiere Saint Honore. Among other investment success stories, Mr. Bejach was Co-Founder and Chairman of a European airline, L'Avion, successfully sold to British Airways. Mr. Bejach has served on the Boards of leading insurance brokerage firm SIACI Saint-Honoré, L'Avion airline, Courrèges fashion group, Gymnase Club chain and various others. Mr. Bejach is a Co-Founder of leading think tank in France, Terra Nova. He has lectured at HEC Business School (Paris). Mr. Bejach holds a Master in business administration from French leading business school HEC and a master in engineering/computer science from France's school of engineering, Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (Grenoble INP).
