Biography
Mr. Mark Crowther serves as Managing Director at Pears Partnership Capital. He served as Investor Relations Director at ICG Enterprise Trust. Mr. Crowther served as Head of Corporate Strategy at Intermediate Capital Group. ICG in 2003 as a member of the UK corporate mezzanine investment team since when he has completed a number of direct corporate debt and equity investments. In 2011 he established ICG's real estate debt business, forming a joint venture with Longbow Real Estate Capital. He is a member of the real estate management board and the investment committee. At the same time he was promoted to his current role and has since led a number of other strategic investments for ICG. Mark is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent five years in transaction services and banking and capital markets assurance.
