Biography
Dr. Rodrigo Gonzalez is a Co-Founder and serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Notpla. He is an inventor, designer, architect and Engineer (MSc & MArch). He lectures in Product Design at Kingston University and has developed a number of patents on structural and deployable systems, following suitcases, and other products. He won a gold medal in the Improvisation World Championship II, received the National Dyson Design Award, the British-Spanish Society-Telefonica Award, and won the GAUDI European Competition on Sustainable Architecture 3 times. He met Pierre on the Innovation Design Engineering Masters and have worked together on Skipping Rocks Lab ever since. He has completed his Ph.D in Architecture from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2011.
