Biography

Mr. Terry Kelly served as Board Member at Silatronix. Terry has been an active entrepreneur throughout his career and is the founder of Weather Central, a worldwide provider of meteorology technology and communications systems for business and the broadcast industry. Before founding Weather Central, he was Chief Meteorologist for the Wisconsin TV Network from 1974 to 1985. From 1995 to 2005, Mr. Kelly was a managing partner in Shockley Communications overseeing the groups' 6 TV stations. He is a named inventor on 12 current and an additional 12 pending U.S. patents, and is currently active in numerous boards, foundations, and philanthropic activities. He holds a degree in Meteorology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1971.
