Biography
Mr. Christopher Viviano is the Founder of Houston Capital Mortgage. He previously co-owned and served as Chief Executive Officer at the company. Chris began his mortgage lending career in 1982 working as a loan officer for a respected Houston lending firm. After 25 successful years, Chris sold his company in 2014. He and his team joined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in early 2021. Chris received his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas in 1981.
