Biography

Mr. Antonio Allona served as Principal at Jaguar Growth Partners. He was responsible for investment analysis, structuring and due diligence, and portfolio company management. Prior to joining Jaguar, Mr. Allona worked in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch in Madrid. In this role, he advised on mergers and acquisitions as well as on equity capital markets transactions across various industries, including infrastructure, real estate, energy and power and industrials. Mr. Allona was a member of the investment team of the International Finance Corporation (IFC, World Bank), where he evaluated and executed on investment opportunities across the capital structure of public and private companies in Latin America. Mr. Allona earned a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid and received his M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Allona is fluent in Spanish.
